The Second Distillery of Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, is located in Panguan Town, Panzhou City, Guizhou Province. Originally known as the Local State-owned Panyan County Second Distillery and the Guizhou Province Panyan County Second Distillery, it sits between the Sanjiaoshu Mine and the Yueliangtian Mine, both part of the Panjiang Coal & Electricity Group. The distillery is situated at geographic coordinates 104.6° East longitude and 25.8° North latitude, covering an area of over 40 mu, and primarily focuses on the production and sale of baijiu (Chinese white liquor).
The Second Winery of Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, was officially approved for establishment on April 24, 1967, by the Production Leading Group Office of the Panxian Special District People's Committee, under Document No. Ge Sheng Jian (67) 66. It began operations in 1969 and stands as the third state-owned winery in Guizhou Province with a history spanning more than 50 years—second only to Guizhou Moutai and Guizhou Xiji Wine.

Panzhou City's No. 2 Distillery—formerly known as the Pan County Special District No. 2 State-Owned Distillery—is located in Panguan Town, Panzhou City. Approved for production in April 1967 and officially completed and put into operation in October 1969, it is a state-owned distillery with a 56-year history. Today, the factory primarily focuses on the production and sale of Qingxiang-style baijiu.

On May 18, 2023, Dai Yulin, Director of the Market Supervision Administration Bureau of Liupanshui City; Wu Xiangjun, Director of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Liupanshui City; Zhang Tong, Chief of the Food Division of the Market Supervision Administration Bureau of Liupanshui City; Ren Guangjiang, Director of the General Office of the Panzhou Municipal People's Government; Zheng Chunping, Director of the Market Supervision Bureau of Panzhou City; Li Dakjin, Director of the State-owned Assets Office of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Panzhou City; and leading officials from the Party and Government of Panguan Town visited our factory to provide guidance on our operations.
