Enterprise Development Evolution
1) 1967–1969: Company establishment phase;
2) 1969–1971: Trial Production;
3) 1971–1985: During the period of planned economy, Panxian Special District was recognized as a "Red Flag Unit";
4) 1985–1997: Transition from a planned economy to a market economy brought growing pains for corporate development;
5) 1997–2001: Attempts were made to restructure the enterprise, and the market economy experienced rapid growth, leading to a surge in individual winemakers. Meanwhile, the company itself hit a developmental low point. From 2002 to 2004, operations were largely suspended.
6) 2004-2010: Seeking support, implementing technological upgrades, resulting in improved factory conditions and appearance, revitalized employee morale, and enabling the company to enter a steady growth trajectory.
7) 2010–2019: The company entered a phase of steady development, with both economic and social benefits becoming evident.
8) In 2024, revenue exceeded 10 million yuan for the first time.
Chronology of Major Events
1) In 1976, 1978, and 1980, it was recognized as an advanced unit within the light industry system of Panxian Special District;
2) In 1983, Deng Jinhui, an employee of our factory, was recognized as an Advanced Producer in Liupanshui and became a representative of the provincial People's Congress.
3) Comrade Su Feng, Factory Director and Party Branch Secretary, was recognized as an Outstanding Factory Director by the Panxian Bureau of Planning and Economy in 1997; in 2001, he was named an Outstanding Party Branch Secretary by the same bureau. In 2010, he was honored as a Model Worker of Panxian County by the Panxian People's Government. In July 2011, he was recognized as an Outstanding Communist Party Member by the Panxian County Committee of the CPC. In June 2015, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Grassroots Party Organization Secretary in Liupanshui City. In June 2016, he received the honorary title of "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker" from Panxian County. In September 2018, he was named an Advanced Individual for Respecting Teachers and Promoting Education in Panguan Town for 2018.
In April 2021, Comrade Su Feng, who serves as both Party Branch Secretary and Factory Director, was elected as a Model Worker of Liupanshui City, while Comrade Cai Li was also selected as a Model Worker of Panzhi City.
4) In 2006, based on the evaluation results from the China Market Brand Management Committee, the Songshan-brand Panjiang Liquor series produced by the Second Winery of Pan County, Guizhou Province, was specially awarded the title of "China Famous Brand."
5) In November 2006, was awarded the "China Consumer Satisfaction Famous, Specialized, and High-Quality Brand" (Key Promotion Unit) by the China National Light Industry Quality Assurance Center;
6) In July 2006, was awarded the title of "Nationally Qualified and Assessed Product" by the China National Quality Assurance Center.
7) In June 2007, was awarded the title of "National Quality Integrity Brand Demonstration Unit" by the China Association of Quality and Integrity Enterprises and the China Brand Value Assessment Center;
8) In April 2011, awarded the "Panxian Second Entrepreneur Day Organizing Award" as a group member unit of the Guizhou Provincial Quality Inspection Association;
9) In May 2012, it was awarded "Guizhou Green and Ecological Outstanding Enterprise" by the Guizhou Provincial Green Ecological Development Committee;
10) Received the annual provincial-level "Contract-Abiding and Credit-Worthy" honor title from Guizhou Province for the years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
11) Received the honor of being recognized as an "A-Level Taxpayer Credit Enterprise" for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 by the Liupanshui Municipal State Taxation Bureau and the Liupanshui Municipal Local Taxation Bureau.
12) On April 24, 2017, a summary meeting was held to mark the 50th anniversary of our establishment. During the event, we signed university-enterprise cooperation agreements with the School of Brewing and Food Engineering at Guizhou University and Mingde College, establishing them as our internship and practical training bases.
In January 2019, the stunning Panzhou Wine and the "Double Dragons Playing with a Pearl" Panzhou Wine were launched onto the market.
13) On January 8, 2020, the Panzhou Writers Association visited our factory for an inspirational writing session, composing poems about Panjiang Wine and Panzhou Wine.
14) On November 4, 2020, the Panjiang Liquor Artisan Workshop, which was developed with great effort, successfully passed the inspection by the Liupanshui City Federation of Trade Unions.

Our factory’s Panjiang Wine and Panzhou Wine product lines strictly adhere to the traditional Xiaoqu Qingxiang brewing method, upholding the time-honored techniques of "Xiaoqu Qingxiang fermentation, pure-grain distillation, and solid-state fermentation." Crafted meticulously using premium-quality corn, rice, glutinous rice, sorghum, wheat, and tartary buckwheat—each processed according to age-old methods—their products are free from artificial flavors or fragrances. They boast a rich, aromatic aroma, a long-lasting, smooth finish, and leave drinkers feeling refreshed rather than hungover or parched. As a result, these wines have earned widespread acclaim from consumers, who affectionately dub them the "Panjiang Little Moutai." For over 50 years, our factory has steadfastly prioritized quality in every step of production, ensuring that the exceptional taste and craftsmanship of our wines continue to improve year after year.
