The Second Distillery of Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, is located in Panguan Town, Panzhou City, Guizhou Province. Originally known as the Local State-owned Pan County Second Distillery and the Guizhou Pan County Second Distillery, it sits between the Sanjiaoshu Mine and the Yueliangtian Mine of Panjiang Coal & Electricity Group. Its geographical coordinates are 104.6° East longitude and 25.8° North latitude, and it occupies an area of over 40 mu. The distillery primarily focuses on the production and sale of baijiu (Chinese white liquor).
Guizhou Province's Panzhou No. 2 Winery was officially approved for establishment on April 24, 1967, by the Production Leadership Group Office of the Panxian Special District People's Committee, under Document No. GeShengJian (67) 66. The facility was completed and began production in 1969, making it the third state-owned winery in Guizhou Province with a history spanning more than 50 years—second only to Guizhou Moutai and Guizhou Xiji.
By the end of 2024, Panzhou Second Winery in Guizhou Province had total assets worth 14.67 million yuan, with fixed assets valued at 8.83 million yuan and a net book value of 6.65 million yuan. The factory currently employs 27 people, including 5 staff members holding professional or economic titles. It comprises an office, finance department, production department, marketing department, and quality control department. The facility includes three baijiu production workshops, one packaging workshop, two warehouses for products and materials, and a dedicated laboratory. Its annual production capacity reaches 420 tons of 46° Panjiang liquor, with key products ranging from 46° and 50° bulk baijiu to the premium Panjiang Wine and Panzhou Wine series.
