Adhering firmly to the traditional brewing techniques of Xiaoqu Qingxiang style, we uphold the time-honored methods of "Xiaoqu Qingxiang aroma, pure-grain fermentation, and solid-state fermentation." By the end of 2019, Guizhou Panzhou Second Winery had total assets worth 10.73 million yuan, including fixed assets originally valued at 8.11 million yuan and a net book value of 6.65 million yuan. The winery currently employs 24 staff members, among whom 5 hold professional or economic titles. It comprises key departments such as the Office, Finance Department, Production Department, Marketing Department, and Quality Inspection Department. The facility includes three baijiu production workshops, one packaging workshop, two warehouses for finished products and raw materials, and a dedicated laboratory. With an annual production capacity of 420 tons of 46° Panjiang liquor, the winery offers a range of popular products, including 46° and 50° bulk baijiu, as well as the premium Panjiang Wine and Panzhou Wine series.
